The gym has been totally revamped with the installation of the full range of state-of-the-art Technogym SKILL LINE equipment, and a large multipurpose functional training area.
The centrepiece of the functional training area is a bespoke, world-class rig, designed specifically for the health club by ESP Fitness. The area is complemented with the use of MyZone technology and designed to facilitate small group and community based training for members.
The Welford Road health club also offers members a 22m swimming pool, sauna and steam room and has an inhouse spa.
