A West Yorkshire HR and employment law specialist will deliver a seminar to help Yorkshire SMEs understand the requirements of the new GDPR (General Data Protection Act) that will come into effect in May 2018.
Howarths will guide businesses through the principles of GDPR – which will replace the Data Protection Act – including data protection, consent, data subject access requests and the consequences of a data breach, at a seminar at its Cleckheaton office on Friday 15 November.
The seminar will be delivered by Howarths’ employment law advisors Sarah Edwards and Andrea Staley.
