Peter Barlow, who is recognised as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 UK and Chambers & Partners UK, joins from Hill Dickinson where he worked for twenty years and was a senior equity Partner for over 13 years.

He specialises in multi-million pound sales and acquisitions, funding agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements and landlord and tenant agreements.

His clients typically include commercial organisations, registered social landlords, NHS bodies, local authorities and other public and private sector clients.

During his career he has been responsible for the transfer of housing stock to, and complex site acquisitions for, registered social landlords and has advised on many major NHS projects. Peter Barlow, Cassell Moore Head of Real Estate, said: “I am delighted to have joined such a vibrant and forward looking organisation. I have no doubt there are exciting times ahead both for my team and the firm as a whole.”

Commenting on Peter’s appointment, Stephen Morris, managing partner at Cassell Moore, added: “Cassell Moore is committed to delivering an excellent service across each of its departments and has actively recruited the very best people to head up each of our teams. We have only recruited leading names in each practice area and all of our team leaders are highly renowned and respected in their respective fields.
