Leading legal firm, Primas Law has strengthened its team by promoting two key members of staff.
Catherine Kerr, who has been with Primas since it was first established five years ago, has been promoted to Partner at the firm, and is aiming to grow and develop the firm’s strong employment law offering.
Catherine is a highly experienced solicitor and her knowledge spans from advising business owners on day-to-day general workplace issues through to strategic advice and representation for businesses defending against employment tribunal claims.
She is a specialist in employment status, providing advice relating to agencies and agency workers.
Following her appointment, Catherine said: “At Primas, we have some really bold ambitions for our growth. We already have a strong employment law offering and I am looking forward to the challenge of taking that to the next level.

A further key appointment for the firm includes Tim Dillon, who has worked as a real estate solicitor at Primas since 2017.
An experienced adviser on complex purchases for developers and commercial real estate matters, Tim has been promoted to Associate.
