Kirsten joins the growing Chafes family

""

Cheshire legal practice Chafes has expanded its family department with the appointment of solicitor Kirsten Grotte, who will be based at its Wilmslow office.

Having spent three years at city centre firm Slater and Gordon earlier in her career, Kirsten joins Chafes from Susan Howarth & Co to advise clients on divorce, financial matters and issues relating to children, as part of the family team which includes managing partner Jon Roberts and head of family, Pete Littlewood.

Kirsten said: “I knew that client care is a priority at Chafes and I was attracted by the compassionate and empathetic approach that Chafes’ solicitors take with their clients, coupled with realistic, honest and technically sound advice.

“I’m looking forward to working alongside vastly experienced family lawyers who solve clients’ issues effectively and efficiently.”

Jon Roberts, managing partner of Chafes Solicitors, said: “Kirsten is an experienced solicitor who came highly recommended and will play a key role in the expansion of our personal legal services.

“Kirsten knows the south Manchester and Cheshire area well and is a proactive and approachable solicitor.

“I know our clients will benefit from her ability to develop a relationship and, most importantly, deliver the results they want.”

Chafes Solicitors provides personal and business legal services from three offices in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and New Mills. The firm is currently recruiting a team leader for its investment property team.
