FBC Manby Bowdler has been named as one of the top 20 law firms in the West Midlands for the service it provides to clients.
The firm was ranked as one of the leaders in the Legal 500 Client Service Survey, the largest and most comprehensive survey of client satisfaction ever conducted of the UK legal market.
The survey rates areas such as communication, industry and commercial knowledge, efficiency and billing to arrive at a firm’s final score.
Every year, Legal 500 research contacts more than 150,000 clients to access their views on the service they have received from law firms. Generating over half a million data points, that survey analyses law firm client satisfaction objectively to find out what clients really think of the service they get from the legal teams they use.
FBC Manby Bowdler is also rated in the top 10 out of more than 11,000 law firms in the UK on the reviewsolicitors.co.uk website with 99 per cent of clients saying they would recommend the firm to friends and family.
