A Midlands lawyer is officially “one of the best in the region” after being recognised in a prestigious guide aimed at the international private wealth market for the second year in a row.

Margaret Rowe, a Partner in the Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team at FBC Manby Bowdler, has retained her place in the annual Chambers High Net Worth Guide with the top Band 1 ranking in the Private Wealth Law category.

The firm, which has offices in Shropshire, the West Midlands and Worcestershire, receives the same status for its overall Private Client department, that advises closely held businesses and landowners on wills, trusts, estates and Court of Protection issues.

The publication is the one of the most comprehensive independently researched handbooks used across the world by high net worth individuals looking for legal experts in a specific field.

In the recently published guide, FBC Manby Bowdler is noted for its customer focused approach and commended for its “excellence” and “specialism” in private client work.

Margaret, who joined as a Partner in 2011 and is based in Telford, is praised for her relationship with clients and rated as “one of the best in the region” in the guide.

She said: “Our commitment to stellar service is something we endeavour to provide to all our clients, regardless of their wealth, but being included in this guide for a second consecutive year is very rewarding. I am delighted that work the firm and I are doing is being recognised on a global level.

“Working with high net worth client involves an additional level of understanding as their personal affairs are often complex so guides like these are important to help them identify specialists like me who can help them with their lifetime planning.”
