Gateley Legal recruits digital and tech law expert to help clients boost growth through innovation

"I was attracted to the role at Gateley Legal due to both the progressive nature of the group as well as the people-focused culture, which extends to both clients and staff"
CTM partner, Sarah Reynolds

Sarah Reynolds will help clients to navigate the changing risks in complex strategic sourcing and technology integration programs. She will also grow the London practice by building on  the company’s existing innovation platform to drive efficiency and enhance the client experience across the group.

Sarah joins Gateley Legal from RSM Legal where she built and headed up the Commercial Legal Services practice. Prior to this she spent seven years at Deloitte leading its Risk Advisory legal team, working alongside cyber, data and technology specialists to define the business’ approach to new delivery models.

Sarah commented: “I was attracted to the role at Gateley Legal due to both the progressive nature of the group as well as the people-focussed culture, which extends to both clients and staff. Client care, trusting relationships and an integrated approach to working is key to the business’ success.

Gateley Legal sets itself apart from other legal businesses by being completely forward-thinking and open to change. Technology is a key disruptor in the legal services market, and I’m really looking forward to working with the team to evolve the way it can be used to strengthen Gateley Legal further, as well as continuing to provide relevant and value-based services to our clients that have a direct impact on their bottom line."

Paul Hayward, partner and head of Gateley Legal’s London office, said: “We’re really pleased to welcome Sarah to our team and she will be a real asset to the business. As a forward-thinking business, optimising the way we use technology is crucial. We can undoubtably improve efficiency and cut costs by becoming more tech-savvy, and it will also help us to provide the best possible service for our clients.”
