"Weve had a fantastic time celebrating the reopening and our Kingskerswell neighbours really came out to support us. "

The popular venue has been significantly refurbished throughout to create the ideal dining destination, whatever the time of day or occasion.
The revamped venue on Newton Road reopened on Wednesday 22 May, with a visit from the Mayor of Newton Abbot, Councillor Richard Jenks.
Nathan Daw, co-general manager at the Sloop Inn Hungry Horse, said: “We’ve had a fantastic time celebrating the reopening and our Kingskerswell neighbours really came out to support us. Our guests are at the heart of what we do, so it was great to be able to mark the reopening with the local community.
“We’ve already had great feedback on the refurbishment, with many guests hoping the Spring sunshine will return so they can enjoy the new extended beer garden for example.”
Co-general manager at the Sloop Inn Hungry Horse, Samantha Haynes, added: “The team and I can’t wait to welcome new and returning visitors to the Sloop Inn Hungry Horse very soon!”
The new look pub will offer a range of great value food and drinks deals for locals to enjoy throughout the week, including bottles of El Mazo wine for £5 on Wednesdays, Family Bundles for £15 from Friday to Sunday, curry and a drink for £5.50 on Wednesdays and buy one get one free burgers on Fridays!
