Liverpool’s award-winning café bar, restaurant and live music venue The Brink has welcomed the introduction of its new and innovative breakfast menu.
Perfect for the colder winter months, the Parr Street venue has devised an offering, ideal for those who want to indulge in a wholesome morning meal or those on the go; compromising of a range of traditional breakfast choices alongside a selection of inventive new additions.
The new menu also sees the debut of a selection of hot and cold fresh presses and smoothies designed to deliver the perfect start to the day.
General Manager of The Brink Carl Bell said: “We are thrilled to have unveiled our new breakfast menu, concocted by our head chef Paul Elackman who has extensive experience in the food and drink industry and has even cooked for Her Majesty the Queen.
“The menu features a number of conventional selections, such as the Full English Breakfast and Eggs Benedict, alongside more internationally inspired options such as pancakes, waffles and the American Breakfast. Our new Brink Drinks have already proved extremely popular and our customers are enjoying receiving recommendations from our staff for the perfect start to their day.“
The Brink Drinks menu includes the Instant Energiser, a cleansing juice with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory benefits, the Beet Treat, which contains high levels of potassium to help lower blood pressure, and the warming and indulgent Roll Your Oats, encompassing banana, peanut butter, oats and milk.
Carl added: “The new additions to our menu follow the success of our extremely popular seasonal summer menu, which featured a range of salads, raw food and gluten free food. We now know that our visitors are looking for when it comes to food and drink – they want something that not only tastes great but that is hearty and healthy.“
