A brand new 60-seater branch of Moose Coffee, which boasts panoramic, waterfront views of the historic Princes Dock, will open next week on Thursday 8th July.

The independent, family-owned restaurant, located at Plaza 1821 at Peel L&P’s Liverpool Waters, will serve American Canadian inspired breakfasts and brunches all day long. It will be its seventh UK branch and fourth in Merseyside.

The new 1,700 sq ft restaurant will be located on the ground floor of The Regenda Group’s £21 million Plaza 1821 building in Princes Dock where diners can sit back and enjoy the building’s iconic waterfront views.

Moose Coffee at Plaza 1821 will be open to the general public and to residents living in the building’s contemporary, furnished one and two bedroom apartments. The family-owned restaurant also has existing locations in Crosby and Liverpool City Centre, as well as in Leeds and Manchester.

Nick Van Breemen, Director at Moose Coffee, said: “We are really excited to be part of the Plaza 1821 development at Liverpool Waters. It is a fantastic location, the restaurant is looking great and we can’t wait to open our doors and get to know our new neighbours and customers.”

Liza Marco, Asset Manager at Peel L&P’s Liverpool Waters, commented: “We’re really proud to have this Liverpool-born restaurant brand on board. With its unique waterfront views and a backdrop of some of the world’s largest cruise ships arriving into the city, Moose Coffee will be a fantastic asset for residents and visitors to Princes Dock.

“Moose adds to an impressive list of amenities for this thriving neighbourhood which together make Liverpool Waters one of the best places to live, work and visit in the city.”
