Sefton Park Hotel is preparing to serve a selection of yuletide culinary wonders seven days a week this December.
In hopes of providing the perfect festive feast for families and corporates alike, the much loved South Liverpool venue has unveiled its Christmas and New Year menus.
Dining packages include Christmas Party Lunches, Dine and Disco Nights, Tinsel & Turkey Afternoons, as well as Christmas Day Lunch, Boxing/ New Year’s Day Lunch and Dinner and a New Year’s Eve Gala.
Chief Executive Conor O’Donovan said: “Christmas is the perfect excuse for festivities amongst friends, family and work colleagues. Therefore, our chefs have devised a wide assortment of seasonal tastes to get the merriments flowing.
“From traditional roasts that ooze nostalgia to contemporary gastro delights, we’ve got a great selection of winter favourites to suit a variety of palates.”
Holiday dishes include Confit Chicken Leg Terrine scented with Sage and Onion, served with Sliced Warm Ciabatta, Roast Lincolnshire Turkey Breast served with Chipolatas, Homemade Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce and Christmas Pudding with Cranberry Compote and Brandy Sauce.
Father Christmas will also be making a guest appearance at the hotel during Lunch with Santa and Disney’s Frozen, which will take place on December 13 and 14. While enjoying a suitably proportioned roast dinner, children will be able to meet Santa along with special guests Anna, Elsa and Olaf and participate in seasonally-themed fun activities.
Conor added: “This magical time of year wouldn’t be the same without great company and great food. We hope that our welcoming atmosphere combined with our festive food, will provide guests with the perfect supplement for a memorable Christmastime.”
The Christmas menus are available throughout the December, as well as Thursday-Sunday in January. Prices start from £12.95.
