With graduation season approaching, Blakes Restaurant will be serving up an indulgent menu from July 11 – July 22, devised with merriments amongst family and friends in mind.

As we are located in the heart of the city centre, we are the ideal hub for friends and families who have perhaps travelled from across the UK to attend the ceremonies.
“Courtesy of our creative kitchen team, the two-course offering comprises an eclectic selection of locally sourced fresh produce, with each dish designed with the warmer months in mind. Of course, the offering is accompanied by a tasty tipple, allowing guests to raise a toast to the graduate on the memorable day.”
Guests opting for the set menu at Blakes Restaurant can enjoy a range of starters including Chicken Liver Pate, Onion Chutney & Crisp Breads, Smoked Haddock & Mozzarella Fishcakes with Sweet Chilli Dressing and Pan Fried Halloumi, Roasted Red Pepper & Caramelized Red Onion Salad.
For mains, diners can select from Cannon of Lamb with Rosemary & Thyme, Braised Spring Cabbage & Bacon Red Wine Reduction, Grilled Herb Plaice & Pearl Potatoes with Baby Vegetables and Aubergine Moussaka with a Spiced Tabbouleh Salad to name a few.
The set menu is also accompanied by a glass of prosecco, wine, bottle of beer or a soft drink.
