Nationally acclaimed Liverpool restaurant ho-st has just launched its summer menu with a strong focus on small plates…all Pan-Asian inspired.
Liverpool’s original Pan-Asian dining experience and conceptually designed by co-owner Gary Manning, the much travelled restaurant pioneer & innovator has once again taken global influences combined with simplicity in extending the menu range at its family-inspired restaurant.
He said: “We wanted ho-st’s Asian-fusion menus to offer the best in Thai, Chinese and Japanese-inspired casual dining cuisines from day one and we’ve added an extra focus on small plates this summer.”
Retained favourites amongst its huge fan base include the Crispy Chilli Squid & Ham Hock Fritters, plus new dishes such as Crispy Chilli Chicken, Slow Cooked Korean Meatballs with kimchi and smoked garlic plus Crispy Panko Pork Belly with chilli and lemongrass syrup. Chocolate Chilli Doughnut Fingers for dessert are also very popular! The menu also has lots of variety for vegan, dairy free, and gluten-free diners.
A haven for travel writers, the city’s cognoscenti and well-heeled theatrical celebs, ho-st’s adjoining bar is also a magnet for discerning cocktail thrill seekers by day and night.
Manning added: “Being located with Al Fresco wining and dining on Liverpool’s iconic Hope Street with stunning views of the idyllic Georgian Quarter, the Anglican and Metropolitan cathedrals acting as picturesque bookends at either side, ho-st continues to grow in popularity alongside the city’s reputation as a global destination.”
