After recently establishing a partnership with the prestigious Heswall Golf Club, Carringtons Catering has introduced an exclusive new menu.
In order to make their mark, the highly-acclaimed North West caterers have formulated a variety of flavoursome appetisers, breakfasts and lunch dishes, which will be served at the Wirral-based golf clubhouse.
The menu’s revamp is set to go down a treat with members, as many of the light refreshments resemble classic nibbles with a contemporary twist.
Director and Head Chef of Carringtons Darren Wynn said: “We are delighted to be working alongside one of the UK’s most prestigious golf clubs. In order to enhance both of our brands, we have devised a menu that combines quality and heritage.
“In hopes of appealing to the given demographic, we have transformed popular traditional food by using fresh and innovative ingredients, as well as presenting them in a more modern fashion.”
Expected favourites on the new menu include The Heswall Breakfast, Carringtons Famous Sausage and Tarragon Roll with Homemade Brown Sauce and "18th" Burger with Bacon, Smoked Cheese and Skinny Fries.
In addition to the new food selection, Carringtons will now manage all of the hospitality elements at Heswall’s clubhouse, which provides amenities for more than 900 members. Frequent events include society events, weddings and private functions.
