With Christmas less than a month away, you can be well prepared and get most of your festive cooking and edible gifts done well in advance. Let Cookery School at Little Portland Street take the stress out of planning this year. This November and December Cookery School have a range of Christmas classes to help you get into the spirit. There's a host of top tips in their Christmas Rehearsal, or why not expand your vegetarian repertoire with the Ultimate Vegetarian Christmas Dinner.

There is  also exclusive Masterclasses with the industry's best: Christmas Baking with Dan Lepard. In this you can join class award-winning baker and food writer Dan Lepard at his personal Christmas baking class. He’ll also share tips and tricks on how to best spend your shopping budget, where to splurge and where you can save.  Best of all, the recipes are only available at Dan’s Christmas classes, meaning you’re guaranteed to learn something new.

There's also the opportunity to dive into the sweet world of chocolate with the chocolate making class! Over six hours, you can indulge all your Willy Wonka fantasies, starting with a tasting of some of the world's best chocolates, including Duffy's, Original Beans and Valrhona. You’ll also sample some lesser-quality brands to understand what makes for the best chocolate.
