It’s the second consecutive year that the company - the UK’s largest non-standard branch-based lender of unsecured loans - has scooped the title. The team shot fearured is from last year's event.
It’s a particularly significant accolade as it combines honest customer nominations and feedback with stringent assessment of the company’s financial services data by Moneyfacts’ expert judges - revealing which providers and financial products are truly best in class.
Having met the most stringent assessment criteria of Moneyfacts’ research team - who drilled down into the small print of the lender’s product range to assess its strengths and weaknesses - Everyday Loans’ 76,000 borrowers were then asked to inform judges of their customer service experience through an online questionnaire.
