Zuto beat off stiff competition at the first ever UK Financial Services Experience Awards, scooping the Award for best Business Transformation.

The Awards recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience in the Financial Services Sector – whether that be in banking, investment, insurance or any other part of the sector. The Awards showcase the organisations as well as the teams and individuals within them who are leading the way when it comes to delivering outstanding customer experience.

The winners were selected by a panel of judges made up of industry practitioners. During the morning finalists in each of the categories presented their entries to the judges. Winners were then announced during a celebratory lunch in the afternoon.
 
Manchester based Zuto, the UK’s leading online car buying expert, was recognised for its approach to transforming its business following an extensive rebrand from Car Loan 4U. Discussing the award win, James Wilkinson, CEO of Zuto, said: “When we developed the new Zuto brand we wanted a name that would allow us to fully convey the experience that we have built around our customers. From the minute a customer makes an application through to our team’s one to one customer handling and right up until they have the keys for their new car, everything is geared towards ensuring this is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
