New Fixed Interest Bonds Introduced to Investors Through Godwin Finance

"We are extremely excited about the launch of Godwin Finance and believe the new Fixed Interest Bonds could offer a very attractive projected return for investors looking to receive biannual income."
Group Investment Director, Andrew Mitchell

Godwin Capital, the fundraising arm of leading property developer, Godwin Developments, has unveiled the launch of Godwin Finance Ltd, a new investment platform that provides the opportunity for eligible individuals to invest directly in Fixed Interest Bonds.

Godwin Finance Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Share In Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (603332). This is the first investment platform launched by Godwin Capital that provides the opportunity for individuals to place a minimum investment of £1,000 in a fixed interest bond, without a requirement to be a sophisticated or high-net worth investor.

Its initial investment products, Godwin Finance No 1 and Godwin Finance No 2 provide the opportunity for individuals to receive biannual returns through a 3-year fixed interest bond, forecast to reach up to 11% with Godwin Finance No 1.

Both products are eligible for cash and IFISA investment and will be pooled into a £7.2 Million investment fund which aims to finance the acquisition and development of land and property.

Group Investment Director, Andrew Mitchell, confirmed: “We are extremely excited about the launch of Godwin Finance and believe the new Fixed interest Bonds could offer a very attractive projected return for investors looking to receive biannual income.”

“Unlike the investment products available via Godwin Capital, individual investors can issue both cash or IFISA investments into Godwin Finance No 1 or 2 and can expect to receive a healthy projected7- 11% return p.a. over a 3-year period.”

The launch of Godwin Finance follows the success of other investment products delivered by Godwin Capital, where the investment arm has recently launched a new fund to raise £20 Million with a minimum investment of £5,000.

Both funds raised via Godwin Capital and Godwin Finance are used to invest in property developments in key locations across the UK, where the fundraising and investment firm has worked with a host of well-known brands.

Andrew finished: “At Godwin Finance we want to make the investment process as easy and simple as possible for all investors, but of course urge any interested parties to take the time to fully understand the Bond terms and read all the risk warnings associated with this product via the dedicated Godwin Finance website.”
