Paul McKeever, site manager at Bellway’s Primrose Meadow development in Warrington, has received his fourth National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job award.

Testimony to the high quality of new build homes under construction on Liverpool Road, Paul and his team have now won the prestigious award for three years in a row (2018, 2019 and 2020) with Paul receiving his very first Pride in the Job award at a different development back in 2011.

In existence for more than 35 years, the Pride in the Job scheme is dedicated to recognising the industry’s very best performers and is a prestigious accolade that site managers strive to achieve.

To win an award, site managers must score highly in all areas of the build process including quality of workmanship, technical expertise, health and safety and management and leadership.  Judges are also looking for meticulous and consistent attention to detail and the special qualities and attributes that set winners apart from the rest.

Having worked in the construction industry for nearly 40 years, starting off as a joiner before moving into site management more than 20 years ago, Paul has many years’ experience in site management.

He commented: “We are thrilled to have made it a hat trick of Pride in the Job wins here at Primrose Meadow; it really is a beautiful development where the whole team works hard to deliver an exceptionally high quality end product and we are delighted that this has been recognised for the last three years running by the NHBC.”

Ian Hopkins, construction director at Bellway, adds: “We are delighted with the high quality of homes being delivered at Primrose Meadow under the expert eye of Paul and the team.  To win three awards in three years is not easy and we continue to be really proud of the team and its achievements in Warrington.”

Located on Liverpool Road in a highly sought after part of Warrington, Primrose Meadow is a beautiful development with a selection of stunning three and four bedroom homes remaining with prices starting from £239,995.  For further information, please contact Bellway on 01925 541 518 or visit the sales centre (open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am until 5pm, Thursday 10am until 7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11am until 5pm) or visit www.bellway.co.uk.
