CRA members are encouraged to submit their award entries for the following three categories: Emerging Talent, for rising stars with less than five years in the industry; Innovation of the Year, for a new product, repair technique, process, software or service; and Project of the Year, for projects completed between 1 January 2019 and 1 June 2020.
The CRA’s AGM has been pushed back from its usual November timing due to the ongoing disruption and uncertainty caused by COVID-19, and will be held online for the safety of all attendees.
The AGM Awards ceremony will also take place via video conference so that companies and individuals can continue to be recognised for their outstanding work during this period.
CRA Chairman Ron Pinfield said: “Last year was exceptionally challenging, but our industry kept on going through all the challenges, which is testament to the resilience of our dedicated workforce.
“We hope that our members can take advantage of the extended deadline to submit their award entries. We would welcome the chance to give their employees some well-deserved kudos for what I’m sure we will all see as monumental achievements, in retrospect.”
