A Liverpool entrepreneur, author, and mum of two young children has become a multiple award winner after scooping two top prizes at the prestigious UK Mums TV’s Mums Choice Awards 2020 .
The awards attracted a record number of entries this year making Toxteth-born Natalie Billing Reeves’ double win all the more impressive.
Voted for by readers, Natalie’s books written under her Lollipop Lodge stable won Gold for The Monstrous Me Collection and Silver for Ben and the Bug…already acclaimed in national circles for helping parents and children cope with the pandemic. The latter also now sits in the Museum of Liverpool as testament to its importance for the community.
Natalie said: "It's come at a great time for me as like everybody else, lockdown has become so frustrating. I also hope it's timing will encourage even more Liverpool schools and members of the public to consider me in their ideas for the Capsule of Culture.
